Returns Policy

You may request to return your item within 14 days of receiving the order. If 14 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a Refund or Exchange. Email us at ansjewellery7@gmail.com and our team will be more than happy to help you. To be eligible for a return, you must return the item in the same condition that you received it. The returns address will be sent via email. Please also ask for proof of postage from relevant authorities. We will pay for returns postage if we made any error delivering your order.
